Requirements

  • Commercial documents such as commercial invoices and certificates of origin should be provided with the recipient’s address and pre-certified by the responsible Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
  • Documents such as manufacturer’s declarations, powers of attorney, agency contracts and declarations of commitment should be pre-certified by the regional court, we would be happy to do this for you (certification of the regional court).
  • Documents such as extracts from the commercial register issued by the local court certified by the local court should be pre-certified by the responsible regional court.We would be happy to take care of these tasks for you (creation of an extract from the commercial register at the local court, certification of the regional court).
  • Copies can only be legalized if the original stamp of the German authority has been affixed.
  • Home certificates from the patent office should be pre-certified by the patent office.
  • Documents such as health and fitness certificates or food certificates should be pre-authenticated by the responsible health or veterinary office, the state authority, we are happy to take care of these tasks for you (certification of the state authority).
  • Documents such as translations should be created by a translator who is licensed in Germany and should then be pre-certified by the responsible regional court.We would be happy to take care of these tasks for you (translation creation, certification of the regional court).
  • Private documents such as birth certificates or marriage certificates should be issued by the issuing office, certificates and university degrees as additional copies certified by the school / university. All private documents must then be pre-certified by the state authority, we will be happy to take care of these tasks for you (certification of the state authority).

Legalization can then take place at the embassy .

If additional copies of the respective documents are to be legalized, additional copies must be submitted, which must also be certified by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and numbered.
