A number of countries have special entry requirements. For example, the commercial invoices and certificates of origin certified by the responsible Chamber of Commerce and Industry often have to be legalized by the respective embassy of the country of entry.
VISA SERVICE can also take care of the legalization and certification of documents, powers of attorney, export and freight documents prescribed by the respective embassies and have your documents legalized quickly and reliably.
Some documents cannot be certified by the IHK. Before legalization by the embassy, these often have to be certified by a notary and his signature subsequently certified by the responsible district court president.
We can also take over any required over-certification of power of attorney, contracts and other documents by the Federal Office of Administration (BVA) for you. Certifications by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce are also possible after prior agreement.
Many Arab countries prior to legalization require confirmation from GHORFA (Arab-German Association for Trade and Industry) . You will usually receive this confirmation from our service within 24 hours.

In a large number of countries, there is no legalization requirement for foreign public documents. The Hague Convention of 1961 is used here and the document must be provided with a so-called ” apostille “.
